We have the phone in our possession it is brand new in the box the owner states it is not stolen but we just need it unblocked. He still AT&T customer I reported this to attorneys and they suggest that I contact Vice president of marketing to see if anybody can help us with this matter I’m trying to become an AT&T customer but I’m on able to until this phone is unblocked. I I am in the situation where we purchased a phone from a AT&T customer is appears that the phone that we purchased has been blocked and blacklisted I try to contact the owner and he will not return our call. No one told me at Costco about additional install charges. Plus a $99 install charge - again, modem is at my house.

Oh - and they will refund my money in a month or two. Said they had to recheck my credit (I've been a customer since 2011) and send an installer out (modem sitting at my house) and they couldn't get to me for 3 weeks. Called ATT and was on the phone for an hour. Internet went down and I run a business - daughter also taking an online class. They ended up canceling all service and both companies drafted my account the same day. Finally cancelled and told them I was w/Direct/ATT program. Didn't hook up the surround sound and gave me instructions to return all boxes to ATT and cancel.

Technician showed up 6 hours early which impacted my work day. Finally was approached at Costco to switch to DirectTV (w/ATT) and massively reduced my bill. Each time I would get on the phone or chat, the 'customer service' attempted to sell me cell service. Have been trying to reduce our bill for months.
